If you are having an issue with your ATC that you believe is due to an error in the software please send us a detailed report of the error. Be sure to specify exactly what you were doing on your ATC when the error ocurred. This will help us to identify and correct the problem.

We will not be able to respond to issues that are support related. Please contact Technical Support for Issues such as broken hardware.
