The SkyDock™ is a panel mounting system designed specifically for the Anywhere Travel Companion (ATC) device from Control Vision Corp. SkyDock is constructed of sturdy ABS plastic and is sized to fit into a standard radio stack ( 6.25" w x 4.5" h). The SkyDock is the premium mounting system and facilitates a clean, professional installation for the ATC device. The SkyDock is intended for use in homebuilt as well as Light Sport aircraft. Currently there are no FAA field approvals for the SkyDock in any certified aircraft.

Recommended accessories for the SkyDock include a Hardwire Box smart DC adapter and a remote GPS antenna.

The Hardwire Box smart DC adapter replaces the standard cig plug adapter. Simply attach the positive and negative leads to a 3-5 Amp breaker on your aircrafts electrical bus and run the cable through the side window of the SkyDock. The Hardwire box accepts 12-30 Volts DC IN and outputs the proper voltage pattern to power and charge the ATC.

A remote GPS antenna may also need to be installed to ensure good signal reception once the ATC is surrounded by other avionics. Sonex, RV, StingSport, and other bubble canopy type aircraft typically do not require a remote GPS antenna as the ATCs internal antenna is very sensitive and fast at satellite acquisition despite the limited view of the sky.
