You simply add the XM WX receiver to you existing system. The XM WX receiver communicates to you ATC, PDA, or tablet computer wirelessly using Bluetooth. Works with your existing GPS or add the optional Bluetooth GPS. Includes 6 additional months to your Anywhere Map software subscription. Cockpit convenience
Anywhere Map with XM-Satellite Weather is a clean, simplified installation. One cigarette lighter plug-in powers both the iPAQ PDA and the Wx Worx receiver. Standard with this system is a wireless aircraft-grade Bluetooth GPS. The satellite receiver can be placed anywhere in the cockpit, even under a seat. A compact antenna maintains contact with the XM satellites.

XM WX Data Subscription:
The XM Weather data is provided by Wx Worx, via XM Satellite Radio. In order to access the data, one must be a subscriber to the monthly XM aviation weather package, and pay a one-time registration fee to XM. These fees are as follows:

Note: XM WX weather is a different service from XM radio. This service uses a special data receiver. In order to receive XM Audio services in your aircraft you must have an Audio XM receiver and an XM radio subscription.
